Deanna has a BM Percussion Performance from California State University, Northridge And MM studies – The Boston Conservatory and Berklee College of Music

Deanna has performed in competition and professionally with such ensembles as the Bakersfield Symphony, the Burbank Philharmonic, the Debut Orchestra, and Masanga. She has also recorded several percussion pieces for publication. In addition to a busy performing schedule, Deanna instructs the award-winning Granada Hills Charter H.S. Marching Drumline.
